A chauffeur quote reflects the complete shape of the journey. Understanding what drives the price helps you share the right details and compare options fairly.
Time, distance and waiting
Travel time and distance are the foundation of most quotes. Longer routes and peak traffic windows usually cost more because the vehicle and chauffeur are committed for longer.
Waiting time also matters. Airport pickups, appointments and events often include a stated waiting allowance. Additional waiting, if available, is confirmed according to the quote.
Stops, returns and vehicle fit
Multiple stops change the itinerary and the time required. A return journey is a different booking shape from a one-way transfer. Include every planned stop and return timing so the quote covers the full day.
Passenger count and luggage affect which vehicle configuration is suitable. Soft bags, hard cases and oversized items should be described early so the quote matches what you actually need.
