Booking with Pepi's Concierge follows a clear sequence: enquiry, quote, confirmation and travel. Knowing each step helps you share the right details once.
Enquiry and response
Share your travel details through the quote form or by email. Include date, timing, route, passengers and any notes such as flight numbers, luggage or planned stops.
We aim to reply within one business day with a tailored quote based on the information you provide.
Quote and confirmation
The quote sets out the journey and commercial terms. Your booking is confirmed only after you accept the quote and receive written confirmation.
Until then, the exchange remains an enquiry. That keeps expectations clear on both sides.
Changes after confirmation
Contact us as soon as plans change. Revised times, addresses or passenger details are easier to handle with early notice.
