We collect identity and contact details (name, email, phone), journey details (pickup, destination, date/time, passenger counts, luggage/accessibility notes, flight or event information), organisation details for partners, and communications you send us, as needed to respond to your enquiry or deliver travel services.

We collect information directly from you via enquiry forms, email, phone and booking correspondence. Limited technical information may also be collected through essential website cookies.
3. Purposes of collection
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, manage bookings, provide transport services, communicate service updates, operate our website and meet legal or regulatory obligations.
4. Disclosures and service providers
We share information with chauffeurs and operational staff as needed to deliver your journey, and with service providers that help us operate the website and bookings (such as hosting, email and, if used, payment processing). We may also disclose information to professional advisors or as required by law.
5. Payments
If a payment is processed for your booking, payment card data is handled by the payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our own servers.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access. We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law.

We will not use your details for marketing without a lawful basis and a simple way to opt out where required.
